Once completed, I summarized to the staff what changes I made, which products were discontinued and provide an RA# for returns. At home, call reports after each job were filled out including photos of missing/damaged pieces that needed to be ordered in order for the reline to be completed. Once those had arrived, I returned to the store to make any necessary changes.
