-Provide exceptional level of professionalism and excellent customer service-Skilled in verifying insurance information and collecting copays and outstanding balances -Travels to multiple locations-Schedules and reschedules various appointments and Ocularplastic surgeries

- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting them and responding to questions, as well as directions for desired product.- Accepting payment and providing change, when appropriate.- Scan items, confirm pricing is correct, check customer out in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner.- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.- Assisting in other duties, as assigned.

- Facilitate new patient leads through inbound multiple inbound channels- Manage business to business referrals- Schedule new consultations for cataract and vision correction surgery - Maintains client relationships by communicating with patients through multiple channels (phone, email)- Reviews multiple doctors' schedules, across 3 locations, to accommodate new patient appointments

- Answer phone calls in a timely manor - Make new patient appointments for routine eye exams - Direct incoming phone calls to the correct department if unable to assist
