I am a student at UIUC studying social work and developmental psychology. Initially, I came to UIUC to study psychology but I became interested in social work as well. I decided to dual degree in both studies to build my toolbox and become a better social worker. I expect to graduate in May 2025 with two bachelor's degrees. As for job experience, I currently hold a position at the Illinois Ticket Office as a customer service representative. I am responsible for assisting customers over the phone and handling sales. This job has allowed me to get in touch with my school spirit. This school spirit has also been fostered by my position as an Illinois Student Admissions Representative (ISTAR) at the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. I was responsible for weekly panel presentations and tours of campus in this role. Additionally, I helped 10,000 new students register for their courses in this position. I am involved in many registered student organizations and honor societies on campus. I am especially passionate about Circle K International (CKI) and hold a position on the Illinois Eastern Iowa District Board. My first year on the district board, as the District Service Chairperson (2022-2023), I won the Outstanding Board Member Award during our District Convention in February 2023. I continued my service on the district board as the District Kiwanis Neuroscience Research Foundation (KNRF) Chairperson (2023-2024) and currently am the District Governor (2024-2025). I have been in the Kiwanis family service organization with CKI and Key Club International since August 2017. I am involved in the honor societies Phi Eta Sigma and Alpha Lambda Delta. I hold high academic and volunteer/service standards for myself.
