An administrative role, dealing with customer requests and payments in the life insurance industry. Throughout this role I undertook other projects to help with processes, as well as assisted with training for new recruits.

As a customer service representative I had to communicate with customers both over the counter and over the phone. I was able to improve my communication skills through communicating with both customers and colleagues, as well as using initiative when handling customer complaints. As a Pizza Maker, I worked on a production line putting the toppings on pizzas, which required good attention to detail and teamwork with other pizza makers to ensure good quality.

Undertook work experience in an administrative role to gain office environment experience and increase understanding of how a business is run, with one week assisting in a commercial project to gain an insight in sales administration.
