Pop Creative improves the UX of websites with a focus on CRO. Responsible for managing multiple clients including key accounts. I focus equally on both acquisition and development. One half of my role is to source and on board new re sellers for Quartix Vehicle Tracking. The other half is account management - assisting our re sellers with queries & marketing, helping re sellers achieve their goals and providing online demos when required.

Specialising in large corporate accounts, I self generate leads to get potential customers engaged with Quartix and to arrange meetings with. Providing training and on going support to my portfolio of customers.

Continuing to manage and grow my portfolio of customers, I deal with inbound enquiries through the comparison sector. This is in addition to prospecting for potential customers, encouraging upgrades and customer referrals. By monitoring all aspects of the sale and providing training and on going support, I ensure a high level of customer service is.
