It’s our knowledge, creativity and friendly approach that makes us the most sought-after Talent booking agency in the UK.My job role is to suggest the right talent and entertainment for my client’s events. Whether this is a private party, corporate or international event I need to understand the clients needs and suggest the right entertainment. My role means I aim to build good relationship's with my client and use my knowledge and creativity to put together bespoke packages that would suit the client’s event and ensure it is successful.

My job role within the membership team involves assisting the sale and retention of new and current memberships. I also provide an all-round excellent customer service by talking to and creating positive relationships with customers.

Children’s Activity Assistant / Play schemes – As well as working at Contraband I also work at weekends running children’s activities and parties. Working with children include responsibilities such as working as part of team, and being an organised, efficient and trustworthy individual. Working with children requires you to be extremely reliable and motivated. For this role it was obligatory to be CRB checked.

Being a receptionist of this busy leisure centre allowed me to gain certain vital skills. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high standard of computer skills and the ability to multi-task. The key responsibilities for this role include: administrative skills, including organising and taking leisure centre bookings, dealing with customer complaints, using in-house computer systems as well as Microsoft office packages. The job requires the constant use of telephone, email and face to face communication skills, knowledge of the product and market and the ability to cash up.
