I rotated among duties including stage preparation, ushering, concessions, and the box office, improved my customer service skills, and I independently resolved issues with tickets and seating. I also worked a variety of events which included symphony concerts, college theater plays, pageants, community theater productions, jazz concerts, and award ceremonies. I left this position in May of 2023 due to graduation.
