At Collingwood I have honed a variety of skills and gained invaluable experience. These include proficiency in managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office organisation. I am skilled in utilising software such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems for the administrative process. Additionally, I have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills through daily interactions with clients and colleagues. My attention to detail and ability to multitask have enabled me to effectively support the team and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

I worked as part of a team to accurately process payments, maintain the store, promote specific stock and to give excellent customer service. This role helped me develop many skills, in particular my confidence and adaptability as it often became very busy and working in a timely manner was necessary.
