Emily Diaz is a Vice President and Business Manager at JPMorganChase supporting the Global Payments Operations organization. She also serves as a Regional Liaison for the South & Southeast on the North America Leadership team for the Women on the Move business resource group.Prior to her current role, Emily was an Assistant Vice President & Sr. Internal Auditor at Citigroup in the Market Operations & Regulatory Reporting division of the Institutional Clients Group sector. Over the course of her career, she has become experienced in the banking, financial markets, asset & wealth management industries with a focus in project management and process optimization. Emily has a zealous motivation to improve the lives of those in underserved communities through education and financial literacy. She currently serves on both the Community Impact and Sustainability & Innovation Committee for the United Way Suncoast. She is also a graduate of the Advancing Racial Equity on Non-Profit Boards Fellowship Program provided by the Nonprofit Leadership Center in Tampa Bay. Emily’s mission is to combine her extensive experience and deeply-rooted passion to drive positive change and serve as an exemplary leader for women and minorities.She has a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Finance from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, she is a graduate from the Cornell Project Management 360 Program.
