As an assistant manager I cover an array of duties.-completing staff rotas-counting and ordering stock for the whole venue- running staff progress reviews and training -being operationally in charge of four bars running at the same time-being operationally in charge of floor staff/glass collectors-being operationally in charge of a full door team-being operationally in charge of 2/3 djs -completing full cash up of nights, change orders, banking and petty cash-motivating staff and creating a positive atmosphere for customers-organising events/theme nightsFor example - A uv party-sourcing and buying the decorations-creating artwork and sending it off for print-dressing the venue with a team of staff-creating a ticket link on the website and monitoring the link- running all social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, twitter- replying to messages, comments and likes-attending freshers fair - an event that includes lots of stands to promote their business. I have done this on multiple occasions- being able to run bars, floor, front door and promotional teams.- driving sales for vip booths and packages. - I deal with those, sell them, confirm deposit and then on the evening of the arrival I take them to their booth, deliver what their package includes, potentially sell them more and check on them regularly to ensure they are enjoying their night.My skills include - Fantastic customer serviceGreat time management skillsI am incredibly organisedI always want everything to be done to its best less

I have recently been promoted at my hotel and have now become in charge of my reception team. I am learning new skills such as how to manage other staff, manage rota's and implement new procedures. I am learning something new every day and I am improving my knowledge of the industry massively.

I work hard at creating a friendly & warm welcome for the guests who stay at The Wood Norton. I complete difficult daily tasks and often go the extra mile to help other colleagues succeed as well as making the guests stay special.

- I drove a non-emergency ambulance taking patients to and from hospital appointments.- I often did final journeys for patients, Palliative care (End of Life)- I experienced some emergency situations and had to deal with RTC's as they happened.- I had to deal with a variety of people, including the mentally ill.- Be punctual and provide a high standard of service to patients.- Use high tech equipment to log patients - I then became a Liaison Assistant and helped the On the road crews plan there work etc.- Also here I used a high tech computer system

- I worked as part of a team and had to make sure we all followed correct procedures to get the job done.- I served behind the bar, making sure I was tending to the customers needs at all times.- I had to be polite and courteous and make the customers feel as though they were being well looked after.- I also served food in the restaurant and in the summer garden. This involved further communication with the customers.
