I am currently fully trained bar and floor across the two sites owned by inn ideas ltd one being a small hotel, this allows me to work in two restaurants each with a very different dynamic to the other. I have extensive knowledge of menus (drinks and food) and the surrounding areas of both sites, therefore this means that I can adapt well to different situations across both sites. As working in hospitality is a very customer focused industry I would say my personal strengths are being able to build rapport with the customers and being very confident around others allowing me to work well in a team not just independently. The main benefit of working here is that it has allowed me to evolve my customer service skills even further and helped my ability and knowledge of a customer wants and needs.
