Hi there! I’m Emily Dickman, the Associate Director of the Group1001 Learning & Development Team. My responsibilities include program design and development, in-person and virtual instructor-led facilitation, coaching, and special business projects. I come from a background of curriculum and instructional design. I have studied the ADDIE, SAM and Agile methodology through Association for Talent Development (ATD), and have several certifications from Franklin Covey, including “Crucial Conversations”, “The Speed of Trust”, and “Unconscious Bias”, as well as an “Evaluating Learning Impact” certification from ATD. I LOVE travel and adventure. In my free time, I enjoy traveling to places like Ixtapa and Riviera Maya and camping and boating with my wife, Amber, and our son, Finnley.
