This role was critical to the continued success of the company and was responsible for all aspects of the Quote to Order process, supporting both Direct and Indirect business . Responsibilities included managing a team of Business Coordinators, overseeing the end to end forecast process (including demand planning and supply), managing the operational interface with Channel and Alliance Partners and ensuring programs for the business were operationally effective and continuously improved.
