As Social Media Content Manager, strategized for optimized outreach, tracked social media engagement, authored social media team operation guide, created content on Canva, streamlined social media team operation, and redesigned SAGE social media presence.As Lead Intern at SAGE, Acted as liaison between interns and office directors, supervised and trained social media team interns, delegated weekly tasks, and executed promotional events for the office.

As I was promoted from Special Events Intern to Special Events Assistant, in the second half of my summer at the Opera I took on the much larger responsibility of solely managing the Opera’s special events for two weeks until the arrival of the new coordinator, at which point we began to split the work load. Along with my coworker, we were entirely responsible for the planning, design, and execution of the annual Summer Gala, a multi-location, highly involved production with an attendance of 250+ patrons, bringing in over $450,000 to the Opera.I was given the opportunity to independently execute 160+ person high-end catered dinners, including creating, sending, and tracking invitations, print material creation, event set-up, coordination between multiple vendors and providers, directing other development staff members at the events, and overall ensuring seamless execution while managing overlapping timelines of multiple dinners in close succession. In this larger role, I communicated with the opera’s high-level donors on a consistent basis when extending invitations, confirming attendance, and at the events themselves. Developed personal relationships with donors and became adept at ensuring their satisfaction. I was able to learn so much under our Director of Development, Eva Toia, and am so grateful I was given the opportunity to step up and put into practice what I learned in the beginning of the summer through the execution and coordination of these events.

As the Special Events Intern, I assisted in the planning, strategy, and execution of the events associated with the summer season, including the Opening Weekend Celebration, Opening Night Dinners, Summer Gala and cast and company recognition parties, as well as other donor and board-related events.As a member of the development department, my specific responsibilities included the designing and disseminating of invitations and print materials, tracking responses and making other notes in Tessitura, assisting with the day of set up, take down, and execution of each event, reaching out to guests via email and phone for courtesy calls, attending tastings, site visits, and planning meetings, interacting with other Santa Fe Opera departments, vendors, caterers and guests, and actively participating in development and inter-departmental meetings and making recommendations for improvements.

- Spent two consecutive summers as a counselor at New England Music Camp - Supervised 8–12 year-olds in various sessions throughout the summer at a sleepaway camp, lived in a cabin with the campers- Cultivated safe, welcoming, and caring environment for campers- Created and led various programming for up to 200 of campers at once such as outdoor recreation, community building, and nightly activities - Responded quickly and confidently to everyday conflicts, accidents, and emotional needs of campers in a fast-paced, often high stress environment while constantly managing multiple responsibilities
