I have been Volunteering with Victim Support for the last 18 months. While i have been there i have completed many courses which include; Anti Social Behaviour, Mental Health, Serious Sexual Violence, Hate Crime, Domestic Abuse, Learning Disabilities and more. I support clients that need emotional support as well as help them with advocacy. I use a data base and word to follow up reports. I also sign post on to different agency's. I have good customer service skills, face to face and over the phone. I am a good listener and empathetic. I also remain calm in crisis situations, these skills are beneficial in many situations. I would now like to put these skills into a Job roll and further my career path.
