I handle payables, receivables and all administrative functions for a branding, marketing and graphic design group specializing in luxury real estate. Tasks include keeping track of job statuses, handling extensive travel logistics and expense reports, estimating, invoicing and following up on payment status. With an eye for detail, I assist in preparing proposals, proofread and check for mistakes/inconsistencies in collateral (brochures, floor plans, maps, websites, etc.) that the designers create for our clients. Additional tasks include preparing deliveries, scheduling appointments, ensuring availability and organization of supplies, researching and creating a system to thoroughly organize all samples of finished work.I organized an annual creative conference attended by over 400 students and professionals. I booked all speaker travel, requested donations, oversaw registrations and check-in, created and updated the website, coordinated and managed the volunteers, silent auction and all meals for speakers, judges and special guests. I ensured all awards, trophies, wristbands, brochures and other supplies were purchased and brought with us from out of town and I oversaw the set-up of the auction, student show and registration desk. I entered information for all registrations, winning pieces from the student competition, silent auction and other expenses into spreadsheets and created certificates. I ensured everything ran according to plan and I announced the winners of the student competition and gave awards. I reconciled all financials when the conference was complete.
