I am currently undergoing a Marketing and Communications apprenticeship at Bolloré Logistics. As part of the marketing team, I have been involved in various tasks, such as assisting with article ideas, creating graphic-led content, and supporting pre and post-event activities. My role has also raised awareness of Bolloré Logistics and engaged with overseas offices through community platforms. I am gaining experience in creating effective marketing communications and using different programs to accomplish marketing tasks.Overall, my apprenticeship experience has enabled me to develop excellent communication skills, creativity, and a strong sense of initiative.

In my 11-month experience at the Lego store, I mastered sales, customer service, teamwork, communication, time management, creativity, and adaptability. I provided customer service, surpassing sales targets through effective communication and demonstration of Lego products. As part of a team, I ensured the store's merchandise displays were enticing, managed cash transactions, maintained sales and inventory records, and multitasked during peak hours. By utilizing inventive displays and staying knowledgeable on Lego products, I attracted and retained customers. I complied with safety regulations and policies and adapted to the store's requirements, making it a successful and enjoyable experience.
