CVS Health maintains large data platforms which are continually evolving with new technology and capabilities. The Enterprise Data Platform consists of large on-prem Hadoop and Cloud hosted data environments that manage CVS’s line of business (Health Insurance, Retail, and Pharmacy Benefits) for data science, analytics, and reporting purposes. An instrumental agile leader in the oversight and execution of CVS initiatives that generates multimillion-dollar business value to the organization. Drive train processes and ensure teams have everything they need to be successful to build the product and help coach the ART in Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Business Analysis and Requirements ManagementWork with stakeholders, technical staff, and other Business Analysts to translate business needs into systems solutions. Work on system modifications and enhancements, product development, conversions, and provide on-going production support to the end users of those systems. Responsible for defining, validating, and translating business needs into systems and data requirements, testing their associated systems changes while continuously looking to ensure our practices support the goal of quality deliverables with a focus on expenses and time critical dependencies.Project Management• Act as Project Manager on small scale initiatives and/or changes• Assist Project Manager with project activities on small, medium and large scale initiatives • Lead or assist with Release Planning, Implementation Planning and/or checkout efforts

Speak on behalf of the local Latino Employee Resource Group, responsible for communication with the National L-ERG Officers. Submits an annual report to the National L-ERG Chair concerning the significant activities or accomplishments by the local L-ERG during the preceding year, calls for and chairs local L-ERG meetings and local board meetings, schedules monthly meetings and establishes the agenda, create committees and directorships to support and accomplish the local L-ERG objectives, provides direction to local members in the efforts to carry out the vision and key objectives of the local L-ERG.
