Exercise Manager for University of Texas- Arlington for a Tornado Scenario response.Planning Section Chief to support the Oregon Health Authority and Oregon Department of Human Services in a healthcare surge response due to COVID-19; facilitated meetings of over 100 participants and managed the emergency management planning cycle for a 6 month response. Developed the Mid-Incident and After-Action Review/Improvement Plan for OHA and ODHS.Responded to the Surfside Condo Collapse in a staff augmentation function supporting the State of Florida SERT in the Finance section.Operated as an Incident Commander and State Liaison for Mobile Vaccine Missions throughout all regions of Florida. Prepared and presented reports outlining issues, including the nature of the problem, frequency, cause(s), and remedial action(s) recommended after a Non-Congregate Sheltering joint tabletop exercise.Coordinated and reported on hospital and vendor staffing reports with FDEM, matching current vendor capability with hospital needs while tracking mobilization status.Researched and identified historical Florida evacuation trends from SRESP data to create a model for NCS and Safer-FL project development.
