I am a passionate and strategic advisor dedicated to closely managing projects that may involve designing, developing, &/or facilitating engaging experiences across multiple mediums & platforms. I offer innovative ways to improve both technical and interpersonal aspects of any situation and am currently leading the continuous improvement of our new employee welcome/orientation program.

I gained experience with project analysis and learner advocacy to negotiate project scope and outcomes. Managing projects from analysis to implementation & evaluation, I continued to develop a trusting network by consistently delivering quality results.

I continued my development as a learning professional, spending the majority of my time in the design and development phase. Known for interest and natural aptitude to independently take on learning new technology and then sharing best practices to encourage technical literacy and proficiency.

I made the transition from a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to a learning development professional. I was trained to collaborate with clients and business owners to identify needs, develop a project scope, partner with SMEs to design and develop functional and dynamic materials, facilitate engaging sessions using a varity of mediums, and analyze sessions for success and improvement on customer experience.

I was cross-trained between three teams: PHI, APS and Vendor Requirements. In addition to my duties on and off the phone, I also acted as a mentor for new hires and a go-to person for procedure updates, training, and innovative solutions. I often acted as the departmental spokesperson for campaigns and was selected to represent the team as we outsourced some of our procedures to Bangalore, India.
