Responsible for building requisitions, sourcing, screening, confirming interviews with hiring managers, and all communication with candidates and new hires before their first day. Responsible for planning and hosting job fairs and hiring events and recruitment marketing.

White Lodging is a hospitality development and management group, focused on urban-luxury and lifestyle hotels with independent destination restaurants and bars across the country. The company currently manages 60 hotels and 67 food and beverage outlets.I was responsible for all recruiting and human resources activities for the Hyatt Place Knoxville-Downtown, Five Thirty Lounge, and Starbucks.
