• Dispatch all service technicians to various jobs throughout day• Answer phones as needed to assist customers• Check in all service tickets and follow-up with customers as necessary• Help with installation billings• Serve as primary contact between the office and service technicians

On a consulting basis:• Examine current processes within Epicor software and evaluate opportunities for improvement. Implement improvements where warranted.• Examine new Epicor functionality and ensure Bradshaw workflow will support.• Work with internal staff to develop and plan projects as well as continue ongoing training.

• Through process re-engineering, examine current processes within Epicor software and evaluate opportunities for improvement. Implement improvements where warranted.• Examine current extensions to Epicor software and evaluate opportunity to eliminate and return to standard.• Examine new Epicor functionality and ensure Bradshaw workflow will support.• Prior to upgrade, test all processes to ensure a successful go-live.• Work with internal staff to develop and plan projects as well as continue ongoing training.• Manage project within approve budget and timeline.• Assist other departments with reporting and/or information when requested.

Preparing and analyzing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports with regards to inventory, margins, sales & returns.Assisting in month-end closing processes and preparing journal entries as necessary.Reconciling general ledger accounts throughout the month to maintain accuracy. Reconciling vendor statements.Processing check requests as well as credit card bills.Posting revenues from checks, wire transfers and lockbox deposits. Monitoring customer accounts for payment issues and resolving collections issues as necessary.
