In order for a business to be successful for the long term it has to embed resiliency and sustainability into their core. I work with businesses to integrate profit diversification, analyze and strategize around their business model so it not only thrives in the present but also in the future. This means building in adaptability into their business enabling success regardless of changes in the economy, environment, pandemics etc. We assess their current manufacturing, supply chain, distribution and building operations to shift to a cleaner sustainable infrastructure for both the environment and the bottom line.At Viably we strive to future proof businesses through successful sustainable growth and operations.

What exactly is Energy Transformation? It's supporting our customers in their own transition away from fossil fuels. Green Mountain Power is committed to 100% carbon free by 2025 and 100% renewable by 2030, this enables for an easier transition for our customers as it takes a step out of the process off their hands. They can now focus on their own internal equipment vs the cost of implementing on site renewables. I work with the customer to create an inventory of their equipment and which is currently still running on fossil fuels. I then coordinate the multiple organizations that provide incentives, including us, to find the most cost effective path for the customers to switch to electric equipment which can range from electric appliances, to electric vehicle chargers, to heat pumps, to connecting to the grid so they can stop using their diesel generators to process equipment such as kilns. At the end of the day I ease the transition for our customers so they can can continue focusing on other ways to make their businesses succeed.

Davenport Electric Fest serves to honor the history of Thomas Davenport, the inventor who held the first electric motor patent in 1837 and accelerate the adoption of electric technology for a sustainable future.

My role at Tesla was a boots on the ground role of facilitating concrete change towards a sustainable future. Primarily working with residential customers to help them adopt a sustainable eco system in which they will generate their own renewable energy onsite, store the energy for later use and during outages and utilizing the clean energy to power their transportation. This enabled customers to create predictability and cost efficiencies in their energy overhead. This experience sharpened my skills of adaptability allowing me to gain a new way of thinking when helping customers in other aspects of my career.

Energy Efficiency is a key role in helping businesses incorporate sustainability into their infrastructure. At Nexant I oversaw a team who processed rebates and incentives to support customers in creating cost savings and carbon savings for their businesses. This created an opportunity for businesses to reallocate funds they were currently spending on utilities towards tools, resources and process that will have a better RIO for their long term success.
