I oversee around 15 employees during a shift including front and back of the house. I handle any customer service problems that arise throughout a shift. During a manager shift I expedite food, make drinks for customers, make sure everyone is satisfied with their visit and open/close the restaurant. While managing the restaurant, I also serve as the main bartender.

Completed daily tasks such as, but not limited to, balancing the cash register, assigning tasks to other employees and see that they are completed, making meals when ordered, prepping food for the week and opening/closing the store.

Organized events such as golf leagues, birthday parties and company outings. Made sure all parties ran smoothly on a daily basis. Coached birthday parties for children of all ages, performed magic tricks, made ballon animals, and kept the parties on a planned time-limit schedule. Also worked as a general employee; running the cash register, making pizza and other food items, helping customers when there was a problem and ran the roller coaster when needed.

Served food to large parties such as baby showers, golf outings, and weddings. Along with serving food I set up the parties and cleaned up after the parties where finished. Summer job before moving to Michigan State University.

Waited on tables and worked as a bartender. Balanced the cash drawer at the end of the shift for the next bartender. I also communicated with the kitchen staff for food items to be done in a timely fashion.
