Working on the layouts of each homepage and category pages for each brand and age group.Working on the hierarchies and the language of the childrenswear site has been instigated by the chidrenswear team, of which I have been a significant part. I have learnt a lot about the workings of the website and the final visual impact that the website can have and helping to improve the CTR and conversion rate of each department and improve the overall customer journey.I attend and drive weekly trade meetings with the directors of E Commerce We not only discuss the trade figures of the last week but will go through the site and discuss any changes we would like to see over the next week. I also attend the strategy meetings of which I contribute to the web section of the pack, This includes the lessons learnt, solutions to help move forward and my projections for the up coming season. -
