Currently, as the Senior Director of Land Use and Creative Placemaking at Urban Neighborhood Initiatives (UNI), I lead innovative programs designed to enhance social cohesion and improve the built environment in our service areas.With a focus on community-driven solutions, I oversee initiatives like the Southwest Urban Arts Mural Project, Green Team, Southwest Food Cultivators, and Engaged Leaders Initiating Tomorrow’s Education. I work closely with dedicated teams, government partners, and non-profits to identify service gaps and launch programs that address community needs.
