I currently serve as a private practice consultant at Headway, working towards our mission: to make mental healthcare more affordable and accessible for all. In this role, I work to expand our therapist networks through a full-cycle sales motion, utilizing high-volume inbound and outbound engagement. I previously served as a DEI Partner Strategist at Seramount, where I leveraged my expertise in marketing and growth to implement strategic innovation and brand awareness within corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion sectors. I focused on promoting structural change using research-based practices, and contributed to multiple projects that increased the visibility and impact of Seramount's DEI solutions and services.I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Social Work from James Madison University, where I developed a passion for social justice, advocacy, and community engagement. I have applied my social work knowledge and skills in various settings, such as consultative sales, behavioral therapy, and case management.I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others, and to support the growth and development of diverse and inclusive organizations.
