Helping people has always been something that I am passionate about! The medical field runs in my family as one of my older sisters is an ER RN. As soon I was able to take Biology, Medical Anatomy and Physiology and Medical Terminology I knew that the medical field was my calling. My dream is to work in pediatrics as a pediatrician or pediatric surgeon. I realized that I loved working with kids when I became a dance teacher at my previous studio in California. I want to help anyone and everyone I can.During my junior year of high school I was able to be part of an amazing internship program! I was able to intern at Dixie Primary Care. While interning at this office I learned how to check in patients, take vitals, room patients, run tests in the lab and give injections. This internship gave me so many skills and helped me grow as a person so much! I am so grateful to have been able to be part of such an amazing program and have this experience. As a dancer and as an over-achiever I have learned how to multi-task while still creating and achieving my goals. I have learned how to set goals to become a better version of myself! I am currently a Biomed major at Utah Tech University!
