Through my own personal health journey in college, I discovered my passion for health and fitness. This six year journey has led me to leading group fitness classes, starting a healthy cooking blog, and most recently, going through a certification program to be a holistic health coach. Through my own health journey, I have discovered that it's not about doing things in isolation, it's about finding balance in all areas of life that creates a healthy lifestyle. As a holistic health coach, my goal is to journey with people and help them explore how their personal life, finances, career, nutrition, and fitness are all essential elements in creating a balanced, healthy life.
