Everyturn Mental Health provide a wide range of specialist mental health services which are commissioned by the NHS and local authorities. Services range from CQC-registered specialist dementia homes to community mental health services. - As a part of the Executive Leadership Team, accountable for building and delivering the group’s organisational strategy and business plan, reviewing its success and making high-level decisions about the future of the organisation - Accountable for all commercial activity across the group including business development, relationship management, marketing and communications, service development, partnerships and social return on investment - Executive lead for the Project Management Office, responsible for the full end-to-end strategic project lifecycle from business case and project initiation to implementation, change management and benefits realisation - Represent and promote the organisation externally through speaking slots at conferences, media interviews and podcasts

The Conservation Volunteers bring people together to create, improve and care for green spaces. From local parks and community gardens to Local Nature Reserves and Sites of Special Scientific Interest; from school and hospital grounds to waterways, wetlands and woodlands; we connect people to the green spaces that form a vital part of any healthy, happy community - Deputy Chair, Trustee and member of the audit and risk committee

- Led a workforce of 120+ employed and 2500+ self-employed team members, responsible for the operational delivery, commercial performance and strategic direction of new mental health services - Developed a compelling five-year growth strategy that included extensive market analysis, competitor insight and a product roadmap aligned to organisational strategy - Launched research on the impact of exercise on mental health outcomes in partnership with Manchester Met University to enhance credibility across the mental health marketplace

- Led the rollout of emotional wellbeing clinics from 8 to 80 sites in 16 months including recruitment, clinic room development and site launch - Supported the effective mobilisation of corporate and PMI contracts to enable operational teams to perform in line with contract and service delivery expectations - Developed the operational centre teams to increase resilience during a time of unprecedented growth, improving employee satisfaction scores in all areas

- Acquisition project to accelerate Nuffield Health's Mental Health growth plans

- Led a region of 10 clubs across the South and West, managing their transition from Virgin Active to Nuffield Health - Delivered pre-acquisition planning activity, restructured club management teams and coached General Managers to achieve business KPIs, whilst completing project objectives
