Currently, I am an operations associate for the global leadership development program at McDonald's Corporate in Chicago, Illinois.

-Deliver marketing presentations to organizations of up to 300 students -Promote Kaplan’s content through public speaking, social media campaigns, and university events-Cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with student organizations across the country

-Support 40 students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds to improve academic performance over 15 hours a week-Design workshops for students in order to improve knowledge in subjects including Spanish, Politics, and Mathematics-Assist in training and hiring new tutors, including review of documentation procedures and confidentiality policies-Act as the lead Spanish tutor for the University of South Carolina, contacting professors and preparing students for proficiency exams
