Key Responsibilities:- Debt and Cash Flow management and analysis, Accounts Receivable analysis- Control and analysis of Days of Sales Outstanding, and Other Income and Deduction items- Analysis and correction of Non-Brand items on a monthly and quarterly basis- Measuring and reporting of IBM UKI Headcount figures for use across the company- Measuring and reporting of IBM UKI VAT Headcount figures for tax purposes- Responsibility of managing asset retirement/disposal requests for UKI- Full responsibility for cashing cheques on behalf of IBM Treasury, and ensuring the paying-in process is completed.Additional Items:- Integral to driving an internal Purchase Order reduction project across all internal brands in 3Q14. This was a timely project requiring tactful communication across the brands, and precise data compilation and analysis for weekly submissions. The project was successful, exceeding our target saving by 7%.- Participated in an internal Cabinet Office Challenge (January 2015) to propose an innovative idea to demonstrate how we view the future citizen to interact with Government Services in 2020. My team was successfully short-listed following the pitch of our proposal to Senior Executives in IBM, with it then going on to be presented to the Cabinet Office.
