As a public health professional, I am committed to ensuring equitable access to appropriate health care services. I have previous experience in data analysis and interpretation, program evaluation, and project management. In addition, I have two years of significant international experience focusing on improving access to healthcare services with fieldwork conducted in Guatemala, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Kenya. Most of my work has focused on improving health access among marginalized communities including humanitarian immigrants, LGBTQ+, and people who use substances. Currently, I work as a Global Migration Epidemiologist at the Maryland Department of Health analyzing health trends among humanitarian immigrants using SAS, Excel, and SQL.
