Teen Lifeline is a peer counseling crisis hotline fielding calls from all over the United States. As a Hotline Supervisor, I was responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the agency's teen volunteers, as well as responding quickly and appropriately during high-risk crisis situations.

The Parlor is a high volume restaurant with a changing seasonal menu, scratch kitchen, award-winning bar, and curated wine list. As a server, I ran my own section and consistently provided exceptional service. As a project manager, I worked directly with the owner and general manager on a variety of independent projects such as running social media platforms, creating and copy editing menus, developing staff incentives, streamlining hiring and training procedures, and implementing cost-effective alternatives for more efficient and higher quality service.

The Fulbright Program promotes international exchanges, providing competitive grants which place qualified recipients in underprivileged schools around the world. As an English Teaching Assistant, I taught conversational English to over 500 Thai high school students. Outside of the classroom, I ran an English drama club, organized English learning events, and independently tutored a number of local teachers and business owners within my community.

My experience with this organization began as a 16-year-old volunteer counselor, and eventually led to me being hired as the Youth Services Specialist. In this role, I helped develop and update an extensive training program and oversaw the individual training of over 100 volunteers, including Bachelor's and Master's-level interns. I also helped create a resource database for use in a 100-day plan to expand the hotline nationally, and provided counseling support for 3 ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) trainings.
