I participated in Banfield's Student Job Program

Performed daily feeding of laboratory animals, as well as upkeep of the facility. I inspected the feed and bedding to meet the IACUC standards. I acquired the skill set to care for laboratory animals and a sense of judgement for their wellbeing. I also trained new employees while organizing a feeding and cleaning schedule. This was carried out via email and frequent meetings with my peers and our supervisor. I gained leadership experience, collaborative skills and utilized my ability to engage and problem-solve.
