•City of St. Petersburg, Florida - RFP Project Lead•Tropicana Field Re-Development of 82 Acres surrounding the Tampa Bay Rays Baseball Stadium in St. Petersburg, Florida. Deeply political, high profile and socially charged project. Day to day project lead of a team of 8+ consulting firms including Kimley Horn and Zyscovich Architecture.

My team and I represented landowners and purchasers of commercial real estate, mostly consisting of land and urban redevelopment opportunities, as well as acquisitions and assemblages. We also worked with landowner teams on entitlements and pre-development positioning in the Greater Orlando area.

• As Colliers-Florida’s first ever Asset Rotational intern, I was rotated from asset class to asset class on a monthly basis, where I shadowed and was assigned tasks under each broker.• The teams that I shadowed were as follows: Office Leasing and Investment, Retail Leasing and Investment, Land Services, Industrial Leasing and Sales, Debt and Equity, Appraisal, Property Management, Student Housing, Marketing and GIS Mapping.
