I thrive when learning new systems and processes; and I'm a bit of a spreadsheet nerd. I currently:-oversee the entire employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, compliance, benefits management, PIPs, and dismissals,-Conduct regular one-on-ones which range from collaborative coaching sessions to consulting on specific problems.-Develop, implement, facilitate, and maintain cross-functional collaborations. -Analyze current processes and revise them to increase efficiency across the board. -Directly oversee all customer-facing roles including Customer Service, Education Account Services, Education Community Outreach, Sales, and Marketing. I have knowledge and direct experience in strategic people management, accounting, physical operations management, supply chain management, sales and customer service, marketing, negotiation, and education supporting diverse customers with implementing rigorous STE(A)M education using Cubelets Robot Blocks. Historically, I've developed curriculum and other supporting resources to train teachers, administrators, and students to use Cubelets to their full capacity.
