- Promote the 48 different academic programs in 10 different departments within the College of Science, Engineering and Technology.- Edit and serve as a contributing writer and photographer for Elements Magazine, a yearly publication dispersed to alumni, donors and friends of the university.- Create content with a UX lens for print and digital platforms including social media.- Plan, tailor, and execute college events to engage donors, alumni, and students. - Provide high-level analyses of content and structure for the university and college website - Craft key messaging on behalf of the Dean and university departments- Identify and target key audiences to promote program curriculum, research and initiatives.

- Assisted students in navigating the registration process, policies and course reports.- Supported the advising staff by arranging appointments, preparing key documents and while keeping confidential student records current.- Furthered the university mission by providing an equitable and welcoming experience for students, parents and visitors.

- Managed a recruitment territory in Central Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin.- Interviewed prospective students to gain understanding of their educational objectives, interests, and offered connection to various departments to further their experience. - Delivered engaging presentations to prospective students, advisors, and parents through open house visit days and school visits to emphasize the value of an education at MSU. - Represented Minnesota State University, Mankato at national and regional college fairs.

- Oversaw fundraising for the Lead MN leadership scholarship program, events and communications for two-year student government organizations. - Assisted in the planning execution of our annual gala, recruiting national and local governmental official speakers, dinner programming, and organized the silent auction. - Passionately represented students at the state level to provide financial accessibility. - Presented and led workshops at monthly conferences which focused on living intentionally, career preparedness and provided resources for financial assistance. - Connected Lead MN with businesses throughout the state to support and propel student scholarship opportunities.

- Composed copy for and worked as a collaborative editor for the Minnesota State Magazine and various informational pieces. - Served on the planning committee for Minnesota State's public exhibits and helped coordinate event logistics. - Created UX Content for the system's first digital asset library.- Assisted with photoshoots and selected valued imagery for use in publications.
