Promoted to assist in the management of website content and graphics as well as print material creation. Created new design elements including photography and banner graphics for use across all social media platforms which increased visitor engagement. Further developed the photo content library by taking photos of area attractions and editing them for use. Selected to design and create four new brochures during the summer of 2015 which enhanced the visitor experience. Supported organization’s sales and marketing objectives through working booths at a variety of events and trade shows. Provided strong customer service to visitors and have retail sales experience through the Visitor Information Center.

Selected to provide administrative coverage for the MBA program reception area. Utilize strong communication skills to greet visitors and create a positive impression of theorganization. Assist the admissions staff with a variety of tasks to promote the MBA program.
