*Conducting continuous and business improvement projects according to the BI framework *Works with Tech services team, maintenance team and Mine Control&Dispatch team with data and general analysis*Complete the Yellow Belt Training program

•Prepare and maintain the 3 month Drill and Blast Plan •Prepare Monthly Reconciliation Report to evaluate and analyze the performance of equipment against waste/coal production and TUM(Time Usage Model)•Assists with projects such as strip designs; In-pit dump designs and haul road designs. And preparing stage plan.-Work with other stakeholders such as Short-Term Planning, Drill&Blast to ensure the commitment to achieve the yearly KPI-Conducting Safety Interactions and Inspections with people in the field to promote safety culture and zero harm.

-Gas drainage drilling performance weekly and monthly reporting. Work with drilling contractors in order to get information of budget drill meters,actual drill meters and equipment downtimes.-Gas Flow Performance monitoring -Conducting Tube Bundle and real time historical data summaries- Assisting with the ventilation projects include Whole Mine Sealing and Emergency Sealing
