I completed a summer-long project to conduct research into site conditions, accessibility reports, and ridership data for determination of new stops along Elkhart & Goshen Interurban Trolley routes andcreated ArcGIS Pro and ArcMap Online interactive maps to display current and potential trolley stops and ridership data. Promoted from Facility Assistant, then Customer Service Assistant to the highest student management position. As EM, I was a keyholder for opening and closing duties and managed Ice Arena facilities and programming, ensuring customer service to 100-400 patrons nightly. I booked and oversaw public events, including educational lessons, hockey games, and birthday parties. I also sought out additional responsibility in training and supervising new Facility Assistants and creating new recruitment and training materials to aid in easier onboarding for underclassmen in my final year.

I designed a Grant Seekers Guide to provide details about the grants offered to Indianapolis residents and developers and created the first Eviction Prevention Plan model- a document that provides strategies for developers to commit to people-first strategies at all stages of property management and ensure that eviction is a last resort. In addition, I completed several research projects to study the inequalities of resource access points for women, POC, and LGBTQ residents experiencing homelessnessand to research nonprofit capacity to use ARPA dollars through survey data and committee meetings.

Creating a social media strategy from the ground up, I created and managed Facebook and LinkedIn accounts to boost brand awareness and access. design email marketing strategies for 500+ members to support social media efforts, and redesigned the website to provide members with more resources and connection. In addition, I published monthly articles on higher education and experiential learning strategies that reflected takeaways from our webinars, managed a member database, and responded to all member requests and inquiries.
