In this volunteer role, I managed and created media content for Canada Intercambio's Instagram and website, highlighting the experiences of Brazilian students who came to Canada for a month to study and explore Vancouver, capturing their adventures and the fun they had during their stay.

Efficiently manage communications (emails, calls, and mail) using Google Workspace, and Hootsuite. Expertly handle meetings (scheduling, agendas, minutes, follow-ups) with Teams and Monday. Serve as the first point of contact, providing a welcoming atmosphere, answering inquiries, and delivering accurate information.Proficient in preparing, editing, and formatting various documents, reports, and presentations using platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and Zoho Office Suite to ensure clarity and professionalism.Monitor and manage office supplies, maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring timely reordering to support uninterrupted office operations.
