Working as a counsellor with male survivors of sexual abuse.

As an Integrative Counsellor I draw upon knowledge and skills from Person Centered theory, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt – enabling me work uniquely with each client and adapting to suit personal needs. My experience lies with depression, low self esteem, relationship issues, dependencies, anxiety/stress, life changes, spiritual/existential issues and trauma.

Working with young people aged between 11 and 17 years.

Working with vulnerable females presenting with a wide range of issues.

I worked one to one with 11 - 16 year olds using art therapy and other creative techniques when appropriate.

I worked one to one with a client group ranging between 18 - 68 offering short term counselling of up to 12 weeks.
