As a Network Project Specialist for Ethicon, I facilitated supply chain network changes and updates to Bill of Materials (BOM) for the Wound Closure platform. During my second rotation, I had the opportunity to work for DePuy Synthes, where I successfully implemented new technology for inventory tracking, navigating change management and developing training material. In my current role within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine on the Global Quality Operations team, I analyze and present comprehensive quality metrics for 27 global sites to senior leadership, and have founded and led the Supply Chain Quality Processes Council, pioneering a proactive management approach to standards, documentation, and annual product reviews, to remain compliant and minimize risk.Beyond work, I cherish time with my partner, Ryan, and our friends and family. I enjoy exercising with my Peloton, playing the piano, hiking, and planning future adventures!
