As an Associate in the Portfolio, Strategy, and Planning (PSP) capability, I focus on advising hospitals and health systems on strategic planning and execution, assessment and optimization of their service portfolios, and evaluation of strategic alignment opportunities. Integrated with the Supply Chain capability at Huron, I have a growing expertise in GPO evaluation and selection for health systems averaging anywhere from $300M - $10B in annual spend through the GPO.

-Assist students in Neuroscience and Behavior Lab as they work to devise a plan to approach the lab each week and aid the professor in handling specimens, maintaining order, answering questions, and enforcing lab safety.-Guide students attempting lab techniques including brain dissection, histological staining, and electrophysiological recording.-Collaborate with faculty and other teaching assistants to adjust curriculum, improve student engagement, and master course material in weekly lab meetings.

-Utilize skills in critical thinking, project management, and design while processing large amounts of data and literature in early stages of project on Moral and Character Education in Catholic Schools.-Collaborated with project team of 5 graduate and undergraduate students investigating the relationship between Dysfunctional Individuation and Religious and Spiritual Struggle in emerging adults over a longitudinal study.-Assembled an annotated bibliography, wrote an introduction section, and designed and co-authored published posters for American Psychological Association (APA) and American Psychological Society (APS) regional meetings.

-Serve team as one of four elected officers during sophomore and junior seasons by modeling leadership, devising team strategies for practice and lineups, coordinating team meetings, promoting goal-mindset, and mentoring younger players to learn from adversity and improve skill-set.-Manage team budget ($9,800), expense reports, fundraising, apparel, and travel plans.-Compete as starting Outside Hitter since freshman season focusing on teamwork, determination, skill building, communication, translation from practice to games, and execution.

-Adapt to unique daily responsibilities including data collection, event planning, and customer service with emphasis on prioritizing task list, time management, and delegation of tasks among younger student workers.

-Navigate and troubleshoot the inaugural stages of building the foundation for a research agenda on international faith- based education.-Compose a portfolio of mixed-method case studies on countries of the Global South requiring thorough analysis and synthesis of descriptive statistics, educational statistics, historical background, and educational research literature with the purpose of conducting comparative empirical analyses of international Catholic Education.-Communicate the findings of case studies to other branches of research cluster through verbal and written presentation.-Facilitate a sustainable network of relationships among faith-based education researchers.
