I am deeply passionate about history and religion in both academic and applied contexts. During my time at SMU, I have become interested in information science in the contexts of public policy, social science, library science, and the political economy of information. Ultimately, I am dedicated to fields of research and analysis. I am looking for careers and opportunities that both fulfill and further develop that dedication. I intend to enter into a Ph.D. program after graduating from SMU but am also drawn to research analysis, public policy, and nonprofit organizations. Thanks in large part to my humanities background, I have highly developed writing, editing, and critical as well as creative thinking skills. Due to my varied employment history, I am capable to work independently or as part of a team, and I have strong organizational and social skills.
