- Provides support for the recruiting process within the HR Talent Acquisition system. - Creates standard templates and work documents for the HR team.- Creates, updates and consolidates training guides for the HR team.- Contributes to creating a variety of HR Communications and maintains the HR internal web page.- Assists in workforce recruiting and staffing by reviewing applications, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and organizing new employee onboarding process for positions as assigned.- Participates in special projects as defined by the Director of HR Operations- Participates in continuing education workshops and meetings relative to the HR profession.

- Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store- Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems- Working with cash registers and processing payments- Giving customers advice about sales and promotions- Using upselling techniques to increase store sales- Recommending the best products to customers- Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day

- Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating- Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables- Straightening out the tablecloth or replacing stained ones- Replacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners- Refilling paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers and any other depleted condiments on the dining table- Refilling drinking glasses with water- Bringing out meal orders if waitstaff are busy- Handling cleaning of the dining area at the close of day
