I am a fourth year undergraduate student in the Heavener School of Business at the University of Florida. I am a Business Administration major minoring in Wealth Management. During my time at UF I have dedicated my time and energy to organizations and involvements that I am incredibly passionate about. My passion for dance motivated me to try out for the University of Florida Dazzlers Dance Team where I served two years as a team member. This experience developed my time management skills, discipline, and communication skills. I have proven success managing a rigorous academic schedule, an NCAA Division I athletics program, and multiple demanding extracurricular activities. I have a strong interest in continuously developing my leadership skills, which can be seen through my involvement in the Leadership Development Program and Heavener Leadership Challenge. Through these two Warrington-funded organizations, I discovered and improved my personal leadership style and further developed my teamwork skills. This, combined with my passion and appreciation for mentorship, is a large motivation for my role as Director of Mentor Development in the Business Undergraduate Mentorship Program (BUMP) at UF. This has been an incredibly rewarding experience, providing me with the opportunity for leadership, mentorship, and developing public speaking skills. This organization aligns with my values as well; helping others like others has helped me. I have a strong interest in the intersection between business and the law. My Wealth Management and business classes motivated me to explore an internship in financial planning in which I learned technical knowledge about the industry, as well as developed my ability to communicate complex financial concepts to others in a clear way. This skill has helped me through my other involvements at UF, like presenting complex concepts to a group of 71 mentors at BUMP meetings or giving tours of the UF campus to prospective students as a Florida Cicerone. I'm always open to connecting with like-minded professionals, sharing insights, and exploring potential collaborations. I am open to networking and career development opportunities.
