Senior coordinator of major infrastructure development and communication program and key project team member for the 1 William Street transition project. This project involved the delivery of Brisbane’s largest commercial building and co-location of almost 5,000 Queensland public servants, Ministers and Directors-General. The 1 William Street project created a work environment based on activity working whilst maintaining desk ownership, with a more mobile activity based environment.My role as the central point of contact for all Queensland Government stakeholders included the management of fortnightly site tours of 1 William Street for agency and Ministerial groups; coordination of the project’s ‘pilot space’ including supporting the fitout process, agency consultation about workspace furniture options, and agency tours of the pilot space; implementation of the change management activities and campaigns; stakeholder engagement including delivery of consistent communications messaging to agency leaders and staff networks; project delivery support including coordination of aspects of the building and fitout with Cbus Property (developer), Multiplex (builder), APP (Audit Project Manager for the State), CBRE (move manager) and JLL (base building and tenancy manager); and preparation and distribution of project communications including email updates, newsletters and the project intranet site.
