I am a master's student in counseling preparing for professional employment post 2021 graduation. I have worked with autism in applied behavioral analysis for three years, and am currently engaging in a mental health internship at Community Health Partners (CHP) in Bozeman, MT. My internship requires me to engage with 15 clients a week, supervision with a licensed clinician, weekly care coordination calls, and countless collaborations with licensed counselors, social workers, and primary care providers. I am currently working with people who experience disordered eating, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, and hoarding. I have worked with my clients to draft relevant treatment plans to decrease symptoms and improve daily functioning. I work through a narrative therapy lens, in which individuals may address, analyze, and possibility rewrite the narratives they have endured that may impact their self-perception and level of functioning.
